About this cottage rental
I loved building this private modern all electric studio for you! Studio North is located in the heart of Mendocino County. This large private entry space has loads of natural light, and offers a Sustainable lifestyle experience with a queen bed, incredible solar powered full kitchen, shower, infrared heated water, and an easy to use - no flush toilet. Great Wifi for those who want to work or play online.
The on-demand hot shower always has plenty of hot water and a supply of fresh, fluffy towels. We built a grey water system so your shower water is helping to water our urban homestead orchard - fruit trees just outside your door.
We are 2 short blocks from the best sandwiches in town, gourmet brick oven pizza, a Live Music Pub, MicroBrewery and the downtown shops. The world famous Skunk Railroad with tunnels and trestles takes you to ancient Redwoods with an unforgettable ride, 137 years of continuous operation. The largest open air steam museum - ROOTS of Motive Power and Mendocino County Museum are right here. Ultimate Day trips! You can easily visit the rugged and historical Mendocino Coast in one day and Giant Redwoods the next. Summer Music Festivals are within a short drive. Mountain hiking or swim in the Wild Scenic Eel River. Disc Golf at our local club in a Redwood Grove is becoming nationally known.
