About this house rental
Relax and feel at home in a fully equipped 5 bedroom, 3.5 bedroom house that's situated on two, fully fenced in, acres. Everyone will have a great time in this large and clean home. Enjoy the peace of the country while still being 15 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and 20 minutes from Downtown Ocala.
Things to Know
While situated on two fully fenced in acres, the house is surrounded by an additional 13 acres of wooded land. Please see below:
1) Cell phone coverage: reception in area can be spotty depending on your carrier. We've installed a cell signal booster to help bridge the gap
2) The washer and dryer are the in the garage. The larger garage door can only be opened manually;
3) Florida is a very biodiverse state and all manners of bugs and insects love it. We have sprayed and kept the house as clean as possible. Given the location, however, an occasional creepy-crawly may come to visit; and
4) The jetted tub in the primary bathroom doesn't currently work.

Yes ,, one bathroom could not use toilet until day and before we checked out , would be nice to have TV in all the rooms , other than that had a great time with family and plenty of room , So thank you and Happy New Year! Hope to do it again next year

Stayed here for the Florida game and it was the perfect escape from all the crowds. Lots of space, super clean. Would definitely book again.
