This lovely 10 acre farm is located in a popular area of Ocala; it's close to downtown, 4 miles to Florida Horse Park, and next to the Florida Greenway Trails! Live Oak Ranch features 5 beds/4 baths, a new sparkling pool, open floor plan, including a sleek & modern open concept kitchen, dining area, and living areas that allow everyone to gather together.
A car is the best way to get around, but you’ll see horses and mountain bikes as the Santos Trailhead is a quick walk from the ranch.
And don't forget about a day trip to the waters of Silver Springs State Park that are dotted with kayaks and glass-bottom boats. Take a ride on a Kayak, Paddleboard or Clear Kayak Adventure Tour on the lake!! The park is also the gateway to the woods and lakes of the vast Ocala National Forest to the east. This is also a great place to stay if visiting the University of Florida Gainesville and want something quiet...

Another successful family reunion came and went! Thank you to our host for her hospitality and property. A beautiful home, amazing space, the land was gorgeous, the horses were beautiful; my family was so happy and kept telling me this stay has been the best one yet for our annual family get-away. Everything went well and despite some observations needing attention, we are so fulfilled with our visit to Ocala!With as much as I loved this property I would recommend some more attention to cleaning between guests, replace light bulbs throughout the home, provide guests with a wet/dry swiffer (property is very wooded, which is beautiful and amazing but if you happen on a rainy weekend like we had, the floors get messy and there wasnt anything to mop or dry the flloors). Aside from these observations, this home is amazing, spacious and if ever in the area with all my kids, I would stay here again, no doubt!

FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS "THIS ISN'T THE HOUSE IN THE VRBO PROMO". THE PHOTO IN THE VRBO AD MUST BE MANY MANY YEARS OLD AND IS VERY VERY MISLEADING. DOWNSTAIRS IS A NICE LARGE AREA AND WAS CLEAN EXCEPT FOR THE STOVE OVEN. THERE WERE SOME FLOOR TILES THAT WERE CHIPPED. OUTSIDE AROUND THE HOUSE WAS VERY TRASHY A CLEAN UP GUY DID COME BY AND CLEAN UP. POOL WATER WAS VERY DIRTY THE OWNER DID HAVE A POOL GUY COME TO TREAT THE WATER WITH CEMICALS BUT THEN WE COIULDN'T USE THE POOL UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON. CEILING FANS IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS DIDN'T WORK. WINDOW SHADE IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM DIDN'T WORK. OUR THREE NIGHT STAY COST WAS OVER 2,500.00 IN MY OPINION IT DOESN'T HAVE THAT MUCH VALUE. YES, WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PROPERTY.
