In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Location could not have been more perfect for us. The property is on a quiet section of the boardwalk and the view is spectacular. an AC window unit was broken and we were told we could only have two units running at a time, so we had trouble keeping some bedrooms cool at night on hot days, and the bedrooms are incredibly tiny. But overall the house was clean and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend.
