Ground floor apartment of a small villa overlooking the main road near the sports field, 50 meters from the sea and composed of only 3 apartments, two located on the ground floor and a larger one on the first floor. The ground floor apartment has an independent entrance from a private courtyard equipped for outdoor dining. The courtyard is equipped with a sink for washing and an awning; a hedge divides and shelters the external space from the neighbors and the street. From the small outdoor space you enter the living room, equipped with table and chairs for 5 people, double sofa, kitchenette, TV, and washing machine. From the living room you access the two bedrooms. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed and a single foldout bed, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle and window. The master bedroom overlooks the side of the house and the bedroom with two single beds faces the back of the house. There are security gates on all windows. The apartments are furnished in a practical and functional way: the furniture and furnishings are new and well kept. The house is of old construction, with 3.30 m high ceilings. and it is very cool in summer: just in case, there are fans in the rooms available to guests and air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. Despite the lack of private parking, there is ample free public parking in the area.
