2. The Kitchen is very elegant and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the comfortable breakfast bar.

Additional services:

BBQ Grill is $80 for cleaning and use (thru the whole stay)

Guest is responsible for the Gas to use the grill if need to purchase or refill.

Pool heater:

$50 daily charge for the pool heater (4 days minimum). The pool takes 8-12 hours to heat up completely, please inform the host one day in advance so we can arrange personal to turn on the equipment. $30 labor cost will be charge if the heater is needed to be turned on the same day without noticing in advance.
