Delightful 3rd stay despite the cold weather this year. Had an issue w a barking dog next door but handled by the manager. Very responsive whenever notified. Clean. New stove, oven and microwave. Close to shopping, golf and restaurants we enjoy.

In October / November 2021, we rented this house for the 2nd time. The first time was pre-pandemic in November 2019. The house must have had much traffic over the past few years. it is tired looking and needs a face-lift. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay but will look for a different place next year unless the current Owner spruces up the place over the next few months.

We were to delighted w our 3 month stay here. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Conveniently located for golf, shopping and recreation. Management quickly addressed any issues. Used the heated pool option. Recommend a yard blower on site to clean the concrete patio pool area esp with the windy season this year despite the yard care every 2 weeks. Wonderful stay! We will return!!!

The house was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. The only negative was there is a pool heating fee of $200 that is charged and that was not communicated very well. It is apparently listed in the advertisements but we missed it. The rental agent told us about how to operate the pool heater but didn't inform us there was an additional charge for this. Otherwise it was a great stay.
