It's at the top of 3 flights of stairs. Very friendly owner,
Owner lives in building, quick phone call & we were let in.
Beds firm but they all seem like it in France. We were given milk and coffee and tour of appartement all explained how it works. Ideal for small children as cot, High chair, and washing machine provided. Had kettle & microwave too. 1 double, a single, plus sofa bed. Watch your head if over 6ft as attic room with low side ceilings.

Séjour d' une nuit pour deux adultes et deux enfants
Appartement très bien situé, proche de Gérardmer, La Bresse. Au 2e et dernier étage d'un immeuble privée calme. Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire du lieu, qui est fort sympathique. Tout était parfait, appartement propre, le nécessaire de cuisine largement suffisant, le lit de la chambre très confortable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre séjour dans les Vosges.

Appartement sympathique et pratique.
La propriétaire est très accueillante et très aimable, sympathique et présente. Tout est propre et très bien rangé dans un petit espace. Le rapport qualité prix de cet appartement est IMBATTABLE DANS LA RÉGION. À seulement 20 km de la station de ski Gerardo et 17 kL d’Epinal, c’est un excellent compromis pour aller skier et aller en ville, si on ne peut pas loger sur Gerardmer. Car loger sur Épinal pour aller skier à Gerardmer exige de parcourir 80 kL chaque jour. Gerardmer reste assez cher en location en particulier durant la saison de ski.
L’un des rares défauts ou incommodités du lieu est la cloche d’une église située à moins de 300 m. Les toilettes sont pratiques avec un bon chauffage mais l’emplacement du WC sous les combles oblige les personnes de grande taille à faire gaffe à la tête en urinant (pour les hommes). Ce sont les deux seuls inconvénients de l’appartement et de l’emplacement. Sinon c’est vraiment une excellente adresse pour un séjour de quatre personnes pour quelques jours à deux ou trois semaines.
