Location. Basic but did the job. Would not want to have 6 people in. Plenty of bedroom space with desks in all bedrooms, so we had personal space. Easy access, with lock box. Excellent communication and very accommodating owner.
Hard to locate the individual room, numbers tiny. Not much communal space, kitchen with small table and two seater sofa. Parking not great, on a very narrow street and often had to park away from the property. Clean at first glance but not properly clean, bin had not been cleaned, floors dirty.
