Love it here the pure peace and tranquility is second to none, having the hot tub and log fire at your disposal really makes it a luxury get away.
Lovely touch being left a sticky toffee pud and a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge upon arrival.
The Swaredale Lodge was absolutely perfect very modern had everything we needed and more we just wish we could have stayed forever.

Night before leaving told to vacate by 9.30 am. Which was earlier than advertised.

Fabulous location and beautiful lodge... we loved it there! The hot tub was superb also. Its within walking distance of Cartmel ... so easy to find too!
Nothing... its not cheap at £750 for a weekend- but its worth every penny - we would return for sure
$$$$
