About this apartment rental
A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top-floor corner unit overlooking the tidal creek and marshes of the exclusive gated beach community of Fripp Island, SC. This condo is located directly across the street from the beach! Also, amenity cards are available for purchase to Fripp Island Resort, which gives you access to a lot of amenities (some directly across the street or in the parking lot) including swimming pools, restaurants, tennis, pickleball, two beautiful golf courses, fitness center, activity center and much more. There are additional fees to play golf, pickleball and tennis. Also, there is plenty to enjoy without the resort amenity cards: beach, biking, fishing, watching wildlife, etc!
Get the best of both worlds, spend the day on the beach or the course and your evenings on the deck or the dock enjoying the views of the marsh while you cook up a nice meal on the grill. Fripp Island is an unmatched destination.
Please note that the condo is up two and a half flights of stairs with no elevator. Not an issue for most people, but those with mobility issues should be aware.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We found the stairway to be challenging bringing in our food, language & coolers. We loved the Island, beach & marsh view from the back deck. Thank you!

Weekend at Fripp with my husband. We’ve been coming to Fripp for over 20 years and love this beautiful, family friendly island and all the amenities - especially the golf! We have rented at Beach Club Villas and Tennis Villas many times. Here are out thoughts on this property. Birdie’s place is in a great location, right in the middle of the island and offers amenity cards - that’s most important to us. It was clean and had all of the basic necessities. The daily price was very reasonable since we were visiting during the “shoulder” season. However, the unit is a little tired and could use some TLC - one of the couches had a broken frame and couldn’t be used, kitchenware was sparsely stocked - only 3 coffee mugs in the whole kitchen, missing silverware, limited drinking glasses, etc. Considering the reasonable price it was fair value.We had a GREAT vacation and the weather was perfect so most of our time was spent outside on the beach, golf course or riding the cart around the island. Next time we will pay a little bit more and stay in a recently updated unit.

Wanted a short 3 night stay getaway with friends for first visit on Fripp. Condo location was great to access anywhere on island, and even though we were not interested in pool or beach time, easily accessible just across the street. Food at restaurants were good - Cabana Club Grill and Bonita Boathouse. Condo met all our needs and loved views of marsh out the screen porch doors while sitting on comfy sofa and watching TV. Would recommend the condo and always got quick response from host when I had questions. P.S. And yes we loved all the deer

Birdie's Beach Club was a great place for my son and I to get away for a few nights! There was plenty of room for us, we had everything we needed, and the location can't be beat! He was able to walk right out onto the dock and fish and I could see him from the balcony. And if we wanted to grab a bite to eat or go to the beach, it was an easy walk across the street. It's centrally located on the island as well, so we could hop in a golf cart and be on either end of the island in no time. Not to mention that communication with Ingrida was fantastic, she always responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip!
