Pleasant structure, well-maintained and clean. Large and convenient internal parking.
I must point out that for any issue you need to contact a Spanish phone number, which did not answer our calls. The EXTREMELY SERIOUS matter is that the address provided does NOT correspond to any place (via Massafra 69C) called Villa Bellavista, but rather to a private house. We arrived after a long journey and had to wait over an hour to sort things out! After finally finding the building — which has a sign outside saying Residente Bellavista and not Villa Bellavista — we exchanged messages with the property that ranged between the metaphysical and the absurd. We attached screenshots showing the incorrect address, but the lady kept insisting she was right. No apologies, and an immeasurable dose of arrogance.
Upon arriving in the room, you won’t even find a bottle of water, and there are no bars nearby. No minibar either, despite what was indicated. Nothing more to add. The ways of tourism are truly endless…
