Good wifi, location 7-10 min walk from the historical center, street parking is free of charge.
Not simple to find a parking lot. To reach the room, you have to go through a dark courtyard. You have to say in advance what time you will leave for check out. All the keys are attached to the pudlock, so to unlock the front door, you first have to pull the key out of the electrical panel—plunging yourself into darkness—and then, while in the dark, search for the front door lock.

The owner was very responsive to all my concerns and met me at the apartment to go through all the details and handover the keys. The location was 2 minutes walk to the centre. The apartment was new, very spacious and with all the facilities required. The breakfast was very basic. a drink (coffee or juice) and a croissant. I would recommend the property to anyone.
All was good.
