Casa Modica is a really special hotel. It’s situated in the heart of Noto in a gorgeous building. The room are big and clean and have a very romantic feel to them. The owner and staff were exceptionally accommodating- they upgraded us to a bigger room with a little terrace. The breakfast is served on a quiet pedestrian street looking down at the city below and up to a church building. We had delicous fruit, pastries and coffee - the setting is so peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone in Noto! Thank you to the Casa Modica team for making our stay so special. India & Giulia

Breakfast was fine and in a beautiful setting and the location is perfect for exploring Noto! And the AC was excellent and the room beautifully decorated.
Parking was a little less obvious, but eventually found on the street.

The room was stunning with painted wood beams on the ceiling. Very comfortable bed. While it was in the middle of town, it was extremely quiet.
It was perfect. Nothing to not like.

Location and staff
Unfortunately our room had nothing to do with a Luxury Room. Very basic also the amenities. The room was even with musty smell.
