YooBulgaria-Obzor SP apartments

The location is amazing. We looked for a quiet and not crowded place, and the property was exactly like that. The residential complex itself is also nice, thoughtfully built. It has 4 different pools, green areas, amazing views from each room, and a big clean beach. Every room has its own parking lot. Stores and markets are just 5 mins away by car.

The room itself wasn't a disaster, but it feels that hosts don't care much about it — and about guests' comfort, unfortunately. The facilities need repairs and refreshments, the great panoramic windows and terrace glass fences weren't cleaned for ages — I cleaned them a little by myself, just to have a nicer view! The bathroom door is swollen, and when we tried to close it properly, the door frame just fell off. Luckily, that was the last day, so it didn't spoil our stay much. The bed linen is worn-out, and the cutlery is like collected here and there. Also, the communication with the host is disappointing. They left the keys at the security, and that was nice. But we didn't have any instructions about wifi or anything else. Tried to connect the host, but were ignored here on Booking, and the provided cell number wasn't working. Finally, we found out how to connect to the wifi — writing the message on Facebook to SP management 🤣

Curățenia din apartament a lăsat de dorit foarte mult ! Patul suplimentar nu avea nici față de pernă nici cearșaf ! Prosoapele de la baie un miros greu ! Curățenia de la baie lasa de dorit foarte mult! Bucătăria foarte sumar echipată majoritatea aparatelor nefuncționale!

The apartment is big, clean, you ca see the sea, sunsrise from balcony. You have washing machine. You can run as much as you like on the beach since is huge.

There are some details which could be improved: -clean de rust from entrance door, heater, fridge -fix and paint the balcony wood -add coffee machine -add shower gel, washing mashine gel -add some smaller pots

Pool area was good.

This property consists of 3 buildings, all offered under YooBulgaria. The pictures provided in the Booking account are probably from their best rooms and they might be realistic. However, we were accommodated in the worst possible room and there were no options to negotiate the room change, because we never had an actual face to face contact with property management. The keys to our room were left at the security. I will add a couple of pictures from our room for the sake of objectivity. The beach is not appropriate for small children: strong wind, high waves. There are no shops or places to eat in the area. You have to go by car for that.
