About this house rental

Located on a quiet street, two streets in from the water, this 'new' home was completely gutted and had a 2nd floor added to provide a bright open living space. The open kitchen and living room floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends or family. The sliding glass door opens to a quiet back yard to gather for croquet or around the fire pit in the evenings. The spacious front porch with comfy seating is a bonus gathering space to relax with friends and view glimpses of the Narragansett Bay through the trees.

No daily housekeeping provided. We do provide cleaning and laundry products. Pillows, blankets, sheets, comforters & towels are supplied by owner. The cleaning fee is included, however if the property is not left in an acceptable condition, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed against your damage deposit. Remember, we are a NON-smoking property. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of all cigarettes properly in the trash. If the house interior smells of smoke, your damage deposit will not be refunded.
Please note that rentals during June, July, August, and September run Saturday PM to Saturday AM.
