Perfectly positioned in Duxbury on the Waterbury border, this modern retreat offers quick, central access to Stowe Mountain Resort, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, and is just a couple minutes away from downtown Waterbury's famed craft food and brewery scene.

This was a beautiful home, well appointed, comfortable beds, and well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware , cookware etc… Very clean upon arrival. We had an exceptional stay and highly recommend this home and host. Great central location ( only minutes away from Ben & Jerry Factory!) nice restaurants in the area, and 25 mins from Stowe Ski Area. We would have liked to see check out at 11:00am, not 10:00am very rushed morning trying to get house cleaned and everyone out the door, other than that, we highly recommend this property.

This home was perfect for our family. We stayed during the weekend of my daughter’s graduation from UVM. The house is conveniently located near enough to Burlington to make the trips back and forth very easy. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The house lends its self to family living. Plenty of space for all and wonderful rooms for group activities, pool table, dining area, TV access for those who want it and locations for just catching up and enjoying each other’s company.

Great house for our family, and close to lots of shops and restaurants - Stowe was 35 minutes. House was clean, functional, and comfortable. Would stay again and would refer people here. We really appreciate detailed reviews when I am choosing a home to rent for our family, so just to be clear there are 3 actual bedrooms, each with a queen bed. 2 upstairs, and 1 downstairs. The other sleeping spaces are a futon in the middle of the downstairs- not private, and kinda cold at night since it was not in room, and then a set of bunk beds tucked into an alcove downstairs; also not private, kinda cold, no door - as the description says. Also - there are not enough towels and blankets in the house for the number of people it states it can sleep, so bring extras. There are minimal bath mats on cold, wet floors - something we always appreciate. The toilet paper situation was also thin and scratchy -- something about 'Vermont plumbing' was on the sign.....but it worked out. Kitchen worked great - lovely gas stove -no issues. Plenty of hot water for everyone to get hot showers after ski days! The plowing service and dependable warm garage and automatic were so fantastic when we had so much snow; we rally appreciated having the driveway plowed!
