The lodge was amazing, so spacious and pretty and comfortable. For the money we paid, it was extremely luxurious. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the facilities with the estate were excellent. So cool to be able to see hippos and nyala on site. The restaurant was also very nice, with some great food and drink.
Pretty much nothing. Only one thing was that the tv was vary hard to operate and we could not get it onto normal channels.

We loved everything, the restaurant on the premises is excellent. The house was beautiful and comfortable.

Spacious home, well positioned within the estate
The property is in need of some maintenance especially the main en suite bathroom. Mould on the ceilings, old cupboards … expected a lot more.
Cleaning was not up to scratch … it seemed like the cleaners were in a big hurry.
No other necessities other than toilet rolls are provided. Would have been good to have tablets for the dishwasher or sponge to do dishes.
Would have been good to have some tea/coffee/milk provided as we arrived very late and had to wait until morning.
