Modern Studios in Nerva Traian - Contemporary Living at Its Finest

Alojamiento amplio, con luz natural, limpio, caudal del agua excelente, temperatura del agua excelente, comunicación con el anfitrión excelente, las toallas secaban mucho, nevera, lavadora nueva, balcón con vistas, transporte público cerca, a 20 minutos caminando de la plaza Unirii, si vuelvo a bucares este será mi alojamiento.

Como sugerencia falta un enchufe en una de las mesitas de noche.

The apartment itself was excellent. It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a nice kitchen and a large TV. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking a quiet street rather than a busy main road. It was a very pleasant and peaceful view. The location is also very convenient. The nearest metro station is only one stop from the city centre, and you can also walk to the centre in around 30 minutes. Most of Bucharest’s main attractions are relatively easy to reach from the apartment. Overall, I would definitely rate the apartment itself 10/10. We really liked it and would happily stay there again.

Unfortunately, there were several small things that could have made the stay much more comfortable. The apartment had a washing machine, which was one of the things I specifically looked for when choosing accommodation, but there was not even one laundry capsule provided. There were also no kitchen cloths or paper towels, so there was nothing available to wipe the kitchen surfaces. There was a dishwasher as well, but no dishwasher tablet was provided. Even one tablet for the first use would have been appreciated. We stayed for three nights, but only one roll of toilet paper was provided. An extra roll would have been a small but useful addition. Another strange detail was that there was a corkscrew, but no wine glasses. We had to drink wine from regular glasses. Having at least two wine glasses would have made much more sense. There were also some issues with cleanliness. The apartment had clearly been cleaned shortly before our arrival — the floor was still slightly wet when we arrived. However, after walking around the apartment, we noticed that our feet became quite dirty, which suggests that the floor had not been cleaned thoroughly enough. We also noticed a few small blood stains on the bed linen. I will attach a photo to the review. One night, we also found a cockroach in the bathroom. I don't think this necessarily means that there is a cockroach problem in the apartment — it may simply have been an insect that got inside by chance — but it was still an unpleasant experience. The hosts also asked us to give them a 10/10 rating. I would have liked to give a higher rating for the overall experience, but I think these small details are important. The apartment itself is definitely 10/10, but the hospitality, preparation and attention to detail could be much better. I would rate the hospitality and overall preparation 6/10, giving the stay an overall rating of 8/10.

Locația este spațioasă, curată, modernă, cu pat foarte confortabil, dotată cu tot ceea ce trebuie. Balconul nu are vedere la bulevardul mare Nerva Traian deci este liniște. Cafeaua de dimineață, pe terasă, a fost minunată ! De păstrat legătura cu Modern Studios și de apelat din nou la serviciile dumnealor la următoarea venire în București! Mulțumim pentru găzduire !
