About this cottage rental
1910 Farmhouse - Right down the street from East Bay and TART trail - bring your bikes! 3 min drive to TC State Park. Downtown TC shopping, eats, the marina & other activities just 6 miles away. Located 4 miles from Old Mission Peninsula where you'll find tons of award winning wineries. Restaurants, groceries, mini golf & boat rentals a mile away.
At the house enjoy ample parking, barn access with bean bags, giant connect four & ping pong, a new kitchen, Charbroil grill, and complimentary coffee & tea.

KITCHEN + DINING ROOM:
Kitchen and dining are open concept. Entire kitchen is brand new as of spring 2022 - fit with brand new GE appliances and all the essentials. A coffee & tea starter pack will be provided.
BEDROOMS:
The main floor has 1 Queen bedroom with a bathroom connected. Upstairs you'll find another Queen bedroom on the left and a twin room with 2 beds on the right. A full bed is located in a nook around the corner from the living room.
BATHROOMS:
Both full bathrooms are located on the main floor. One with a stand up shower and the other has a tiled tub/shower combo.
BARN:
Fit with Ping-Pong Table, corn hole set, Foosball table & Giant Connect Four. One Garage stall provided for guest use.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the house, entire yard (1.27 acre lot) and the 3 stall barn. Basement cleaning quarters will be locked off during your stay. Plenty of driveway parking in our wrap around driveway with one garage stall provided for guests to use.
Disclaimer: This home sits on a busy road - the road does calm down at night but if this is something that bothers you, please take note!

We enjoyed this cute little farmhouse for our annual trip to MI. Enjoyed the large kitchen table and comfortable accommodations. Had a wonderful time in Traverse City.
