Great place for fishing, crabbing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, waterfowl hunting or just relaxing by the fire pit. 3BR 2BA with florida room surrounded by large decks, full kitchen with quartz countertops, washer and dryer, sleeps 12, 1 queen BR, 1 Full BR, Triple Bunk BR, queen Sleeper, futon, and twin roll away bed.

We loved Promise Point! The house was lovely, very well equipped and supplied with basics and then some. I loved the thoughtful, "Oops I forgot it basket" in the linen closet. The property was beyond gorgeous. We sailed our small catamaran that Frank allowed us to keep tied up on the bulkhead, paddled in the marsh, and caught and ate crabs. We highly recommend Sweet Water in Princess Anne for a nice dinner out. Frank and his wife were very gracious hosts.

The home had everything we needed. Crab pot needed a basket or steamer rack we made one using alum foil pan. The property is the perfect location being in a corner end lot it was perfect for our dog and grandkids. Unfortunately we arrived around the same time as hurricane Erin came up the coast so the weather was very windy and the tides were very high and put a damper on our crabbing and fishing. I would love to come back again Thank you Frank and I bought your book from Amazon and will pass it down to my nephew Bless you and thank you for all you do to help others

We were all extremely happy at Promise Point! kkjJ! The family was out from first thing in the tmorning til nightfall. We didn’t have any fire s because it was HOT! But we enjoyed the ac after dark. The house was well stoc noked and beautifully. We all loved it. We wilbbtI

Could not have booked a better stay: we caught enough crabs to eat and some fish. Explored the nearby towns and enjoyed the calm water.
