The house is a 2/1 but with an extra toilet and shower in the laundry room which is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The laundry room also has a washer and dryer and utility sink.
The kitchen is spacious with a stove/oven, fridge and dishwasher. Dishware and utensils are provided as well as a coffee maker and a Keurig. Ground coffee and k-cups are provided. The dining room has an extendable table that seats 6-7 people. The living room has a Smart TV and Peacock subscription.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, a closet for hanging clothes and a desk and chair for computer work if needed. The second bedroom has a king bed and a closet for hanging clothes as well as shelves to place folded clothes. Both closets have hangers provided.
The bathroom has a tub and shower combo, a toilet and sink, a blow dryer, shampoo and body wash, cotton swabs, and makeup pads for cleansing the face. There are two hallway closets that provide linens and towels, ironing board and iron, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, and first aid kit.
The front of the house has a porch area with a small table and rocking chairs to enjoy the quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or tea.
There are 2 large sliding glass doors that provides access to the back patio. The patio has a ping pong table and table and chairs to relax with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of backyard. The backyard is a little oasis, perfect for your pets or time with your family gathered around a firepit!
