The split bedroom design has large living and dining areas. The lanai and pool are enclosed together and a toddler fence is available The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a laundry room and a garage. The villa was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities you needed, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It was very close to some great restaurants and about 30 minutes drive to Siesta beach. Communication from the host was very speedy and friendly.

Wonderful, comfortable, clean home. Very well equipped. Lots of seating for our group of six. Good supply of pool towels and toys. Also beach chairs, towels, coolers and umbrellas. Great communication with hosts. Comfortable beds and seating. Games, books, info on local attractions.
