On the borders of Berry, Sologne and Touraine, 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 15 minutes from Château de Valençay and close to the Châteaux de la Loire, village house with a courtyard and private covered parking.
Located in the center of the town of Chabris and close to its shops.
1.3 km from the river “Le Cher” (2nd category). On the ground floor: 3 steps to access from the street, living room, dining room, kitchen, private toilet, courtyard accessible through the living room and the kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds (can be pushed together to make a 160 cm bed) and a bathroom of water.
The accommodation is air-conditioned for your comfort.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating in the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
