About this house rental
You get to the house along a quiet unpaved road which takes you to the outdoor parking area. The house is on a plot of land shared with the owners’ house, a family who are very respectful of the guests’ privacy. There is a fenced garden for the exclusive use of the guests with barbecue, porch, patio and chill-out zone with table, chairs and night lights. The pool is shared with the owners who use it occasionally.
The house has one floor and you enter it by going up some stairs from the garden.
FIRST FLOOR
Entrance to the house from the outdoor patio up some stairs. Next to the front door is a large sunny terrace which goes halfway round the house with views of the garden. From this terrace you can also go into the lounge-dining room inside the house.
Inside there are several spaces. When you go into the house, there is an entrance hall with furniture and a coat stand which leads to the other rooms. On the right hand side there is a lounge-dining room with fireplace, TV, armchairs and table with chairs which leads to an open kitchen which can be closed off with a sliding door, fully equipped. In the central part there is a zone with two spaces which lead to the other lounge-dining room with a long wooden table and chairs, sofas and direct access to the outside terrace.
In this same area is the sleeping zone with 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 bedrooms with one single bed each. These rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Free wifi and heating for the winter months. There is no air conditioning but it isn’t necessary because of the cooler climate in the area.
OUTSIDE
Magnificent outdoor area with different spaces and uses, surrounded by countryside, secluded and with few neighbours nearby, ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet. Garden with fenced-in pool area shared with the owners of the house, outdoor shower, porch with table and chairs, sunshade and sun loungers. Also an outdoor area for the exclusive use of the guests, with garden and outdoor patio, chill-out zone with porch, wooden benches, barbecue area with table, chairs and night lights. Garden with grass and trees.
Surrounded by fields and countryside, a beautiful area to enjoy a break from your routine, in a unique setting. Several trails leave from the house so you can explore the area, on foot or by bicycle, and you can go to the nearby village.

Kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary: oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender.
Lounge-dining room 1: dining table and chairs, TV, armchairs, fireplace and furniture.
Lounge-dining room 2: long dining table and chairs, sofas and door leading out to the terrace with 2 small chairs and table.

A lovely home feel in the country surrounded by mountains, hazel nut trees and grape vineyards! Breathtaking views! We had everything we needed for our holiday, from a pool, numerous outside sitting areas, a relaxing hammock and even got fresh vegetables from the farm and wine too! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the property location makes it easily accessible to most common places in Costa Brava but a car is a must! We would go back again. Thanks Marta and Albert.
