I loved that it was out in a very remote area amongst the cornfields! The cabin was very clean and stocked well! I brought stuff from home that I found I didn't need, which was a very nice touch! I loved the campfire and the sturdy deck chairs that were already there. It was a very private area, which I loved! I didn't have to use it, but there was also a very nice grill outside the cabin - also stocked with cooking utensils and propane! I will definitely book this place again!

This is one of 3 cabins right next to a campground out in the county in a valley. Beautiful area, very quiet and peaceful not really any traffic noise even with the gravel roads. Well maintained property and it even stays very nice temp wise even though it's only a wall unit for HVAC. I will definitely stay here again when the event comes back to Grinnell. Fire pit and grill outside with nice chairs to sit in. TV in main room and bedroom, 2 lofts so plenty of sleeping room.
