The resort has a beautiful location surrounded by nature, with lovely gardens and stunning waterfall views that create a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety of options.However, the room felt quite worn out and in need of renovation. There were also insects in the room, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, the natural setting and scenery were excellent, but the room condition needs improvement.

Everything was fantastic! Food was excellent, service was above and beyond, and the room was quite comfortable. The gym was one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve seen in Chiang Mai, too.

Nothing, maybe a dedicated shuttle would have added more plus points but staff were keen to help you book a taxi or grab

Lovely staff, peaceful experience, picturesque grounds
Location far from any amenity or bars and restaurants. Around 45 minutes from old town. But still no local shops or bars nearby for choice. Car/bike is recommended. Bathroom, had a stale smell, believe this may have been the water. Our stay was brief, so not time to sort with the property.
