SYN Boutique Hotel

I love the cleanliness of the room, central location in Nimman area, the wide spread offering at breakfast and most of all, the staff of the hotel made the stay the most memorable. Firstly, I would like to compliment Khun Fong at Front Desk who always brings me so much joy with her warm and kind smile when I arrive to check in. She is so thoughtful to always welcome me back by my name as I approach the front desk. Secondly, I would like to compliment the team of staff at the restaurant during breakfast. Thank you to Am, Aomsin, Kong, Pang for their dedication to their work. I was last here in March 2026. When I returned to the hotel this time, Pang and Am were able to remember my usual drinks and eggs order even before I said anything! They truly demonstrate care and put in heart to remember what guests like. I am deeply impressed. Lastly, I would like to compliment Khun Bon and Khun Gui from concierge. I have seen them the first time I stayed with the hotel in 2023 till now. Each time I return, I feel so welcomed by them like brothers. They truly warm my heart and make Chiang Mai feel like my second home. I have seen so many staff come and go over the years and they are the ones who have stayed committed to their work. I love how each time they speak about their passion for the work that they do here and how they go beyond their duty to take care of the guests. Please extend my deepest appreciation and acknowledgement to all of them. Thank you!

Excellent breakfast!

I do love this property. The staff are very attentive. It’s clean and love the little extras like mini bar drinks and milk.

The price is higher than it used to be.

Bed, Toilet and Room Spaciousness was very good

The air quality of the room was poor, we all had developed persistent runny nose and dry cough throughout the stay. The air purifier provided in the room was inadequate, due to the spaciousness of the room.
