A Hip City Studio

The host was superb, communications were pretty instant. Super friendly and allowing me an early check-in and late check-out (obv not guaranteed for others depending on other guest arriving/departing). Everything was catered for, with caffitierre and electric coffee maker both with supply of appropriate types of tasty coffee. Milk to on arrival. I was doing the marathon starting at the stadium and this place was just 800 metres walk away. A woolworths and resaurants were two minutes walk away. The TV had netflix subscription and the usual wifi channels. The immediate neighbourhood is a safe touristy area, yet set back a little from the main street so deadly quiet at night allowing for a peaceful sleep. The open-plan accommodation was roomy and comfortable. Plentiful hot water and great shower. The small balcony was not facing the sun, but for me that was a bonus, as it was cool to sit out. I also loved that there was a washing machine and powder provided. I would 100% book again, probably the best self contained place I've stayed in.

Very convenient and safe location, free private parking, well-equipped studio with lovely finishes, heated blankets

Unfortunately the shower didnt drain quickly, resulting in a wet bathroom floor after 2 people showering consecutively - nothing a towel or 2 couldnt fix. Also, lovely windows but unfortunately not much of a view

Communication virtually non existent regarding access to the apartment. Numerous questions weren't answered. Emails not attended to. Couch and bed uncomfortable. Studio very old fashioned and run down. The location was very good - only aspect we liked. Building was clean and neat Wouldn't recommend the apartment. Entire apartment needs a revamp.
