O café da manhã, a cozinheira é ótima e prestativa, e na parte da tarde sempre servem um café com quitanda.
Péssimos em negociação. Tive uma experiência muito ruim com o atendimento. Tentei antecipar o check-in e não aceitaram. Posteriormente, solicitei uma extensão da diária (late check-out) mediante pagamento proporcional, mas também foi negado. A empresa não demonstra nenhum interesse em negociar ou ajudar o cliente. A única alternativa que me deram foi pagar por uma diária inteira a mais. Falta muita empatia, péssima postura comercial e falar de sensibilidade. Não recomendo para quem busca um serviço acolhedor.
