This house was originally built in 1900 and maintains the beauty of the era with 13 foot ceilings, original wood floors, and a wood burning fireplace all while you enjoy the comforts of a recently updated kitchen, 1st floor laundry room, and Wi-Fi. You will sleep comfortably in our organic cotton sheets and find everything you need to make a meal in the kitchen.

This was a great property for my family to stay at during my daughter's swim meet at SPIRE. Very clean, comfortable, well-thought out home. All amenities we needed were in the house or nearby. The hosts were responsive. Wifi was available and strong. Can't recommend enough!

The property is exactly as advertised. Beautifully updated and decorated with comfortable and practical amenities. Very clean. Thoughtful touches like water bottles in the fridge, and soaps/shampoos in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Blackout curtains and a fan to use were much appreciated. Easy check-in/out. Easy communication with property owner. Well kept exterior and landscaping. Off street parking. Close to everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to add a blind to the front door. We were in town for a wedding and would absolutely consider a return visit.

Very cute place near a great coffee shop and winery within walking distance. Clean and convenient, only downside was due to the age of the house, the upstairs rooms got quite cold. Overall, cute place to stay near GOL. Would stay again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming house near Geneva on the Lake, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. This unique property seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern amenities, creating a captivating aesthetic that delighted us from the moment we arrived. Upon entering the house, we were immediately drawn to the eclectic mix of old-world features and modern touches. The wood stove, antiqued surround for the recessed light fixtures, and the beautiful wood beam in the great room exuded a sense of rustic elegance. Meanwhile, the sliding barn door, pocket door, and new light fixtures showcased the perfect fusion of contemporary design elements. The newly renovated kitchen was a highlight of our stay. It was thoughtfully designed and equipped with modern appliances, making it a pleasure to prepare our meals. Whether we were whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a gourmet dinner, the kitchen had everything we needed. One of the many reasons we chose this property was its excellent location, just minutes away from Geneva on the Lake and wineries. Our journey began with a delightful dinner and wine flight at Ferrante Winery. The ambiance on the outdoor patio, overlooking the lake and vineyards, was magical. Live music added to the charm, creating a perfect evening to start our getaway. The following day, we found yoga on the beach, did some hiking, and explored the local wineries. Back at the house, we cherished an evening by the firepit.

This was an excellent place for our visit. A group of seven ladies celebrated a 50th birthday, and things could not have been more perfect. Communication with the host was wonderful, and the set-up of the home was great. We appreciated the home, wonderful sitting areas outside, and overall experience as a whole. Would highly recommend.

House was breathtaking. Walked in and was in love with the entire house. Everything was clean. They left detailed instructions on everything! Overall perfect!
