About this house rental

The Grape Getaway, in the heart of the Grand Valley wine region, is perfect for couples looking to stay together and play together; families making memories; friends meeting up for a few days. Our home is fully furnished with 6 bedrooms - 2 king suites, 3 queen rooms w/ twin loft, and 1 twin over full bunk room. The game room with bar at the front of the house is perfect to hang out and has a large, rolling barn door that separates the space from the rest of the home. Activities include pool table, classic arcade game system, dart board, and board games. The cozy movie room at the back of the home is great for teens, kids, or movie night with the family. Two sofa beds offer additional lounging and sleeping space.

Local wineries, coffee shop, and downtown Geneva shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. The West Liberty Street Covered Bridge, the shortest covered bridge in the US, can be seen from the back yard. Spire Institute is less than a 5 minute drive from the property. Ohio's oldest summer resort, Geneva-on-the-Lake, is just 4 miles north of the property.

The home is equipped with 4 large screen, high definition Smart TVs as well as a whole house sound system. High speed WIFI access via Google mesh network provides plenty of streaming and downloading capabilities for your entire group.

The kitchen/dining area is a great spot for hosting your group dinners. The area will seat up to 20 people so you can enjoy a meal together. The photography throughout the home represents the many activities and attractions found throughout Ashtabula County.

This house is SO incredible! I had my bachelorette weekend here and we had 15 people total in our group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and no one had to wait to take a shower too long. We had a great time gathering in the kitchen area and starting our day there! The space outside was great for late night talks. Hosts were very kind and helped us shut off the fireplace when we accidentally turned it on. I would recommend this house to any group looking to have a great time in Geneva!

We stayed here this past weekend for a wine tour in Geneva. It was a beautiful property, very clean and if anything, the pictures don’t do justice to how nice this home is! I would definitely stay here again with a big group. In addition, the check-in and checkout process was very easy, the owner is very kind and promptly responds to any messages. We were coming into town for my sisters bachelorette party. We had friends and family joining us from out of town as well as more local people. We found this property and fell in love with the photos. It was absolutely stunning and so charming. Everyone kept commenting on how great of a find it was. This is a great property to stay at with family and friends. The kitchen and living room are large and easy for many people to gather around. Our trip would not have been as memorable if it wasn't for this property.

We booked this property for Thanksgiving week. Three families for a total of 12 people stayed here. Because the house was so nice and spacious. We actually hosted Thanksgiving dinner for other family that live in the area. We had over 25 people total for dinner and easily had room for more. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s new, it’s clean and it actually had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts were wonderful from the moment we booked it. Beth reached out immediately to ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Our families were coming in from different places, some flying, and some driving, and arriving at different times, and they were very flexible on check-in time for us. The welcome package was very comprehensive and Beth stayed in touch right up until we were in the house. We had nearly 4 feet of snow during our five day stay and the driveway was plowed and the stairs and walkways shoveled, every morning. We would highly recommend this property and had a wonderful overall experience. Over the years we’ve stayed in a number of different properties in the area when we return to gather as a family and it was so nice having such a large nice place for family to get together. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our weekend getaway was our annual trip with sisters and girlfriends. I have been to Geneva before and love it here but for most of the ladies this was their first time. Needless to say they loved it. Let’s start with the house. It was absolutely beautiful, so open to socialize and play games and just be together. The house had everything you needed and the bathrooms were even supplied with everything you needed. The host of this house thought of everything!!!! The ladies just couldn’t say enough about the house. We rented a bus on Saturday to do a wine tour and it was perfect!!! The wineries are absolutely beautiful and our driver was so accommodating!!! We are keeping this house on the top of our list!!! Just a quick note to the host to let them know the left side of the toaster didn’t work. That’s not a complaint, just wanted them to know. Thank you for making our weekend memorable!!!

The pictures online of the house do not do it justice. Its amaaaazing!!! So much room for everyone to sleep comfortably. This was the absolutely perfect house, so beautiful, updated, clean. It even exceeded expectations from pictures! Me and 17 other girls stayed here for a bachelorette and it was the best time. The house itself was only a few minutes driving distance to the town/bars. It’s a 1 minute walk to a coffee shop. There was so much space in the house, and the kitchen was breathtaking. There were board games, video games, darts, a pool table, coffee, soaps and more! The surround speaker was a great experience! We got a party bus for the day and roamed around breweries and it was so much fun. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly!! Best hosts I’ve ever encountered. They responded so promptly and always helped us out when needed. I highly recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again!!

We rented this house and the property next door for our wedding party and family. We got married in Geneva and this was a perfect fit. My parents stayed next door while my friends and wedding party stayed at this house. I can’t say enough good things about the house and amenities. It was clean, well furnished and appointed. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the balcony, movie room and pool table. We are seriously considering this for our next family reunion. The host was attentive but not invasive and made sure we had what we needed for our wedding weekend. Thank you!
