    When I arrived late on a Tuesday afternoon for my grandson’s high school graduation, I was told I would have to leave Thursday and could return Sunday due to a bus load (62) people arriving on Thursday. No option; no other explanation; no recourse; no call beforehand. UNACCEPTABLE. Talking with the desk clerk and assistant manager, I was offered no alternative to the edict. I will go out of my way to NOT recommend this Tulsa area hotel or any hotel with this name ever again. Shame on you!
