A Arradon (Morbihan) locality Le Moustoir, 200 meters from the Gulf and 120 meters from the coastal path, a large two-room apartment of 38.6 M2 brand new and very bright located on the second and last floor of a small building of 9 apartments, built in front of the Residence.
From its large living room of the neat decoration as from its balcony both facing south, the apartment enjoys a dominant view and especially a beautiful view of the gulf and the foliage that border.
The Loft apartment also has a nice unusual ceiling height of 2.90 meters and an additional surface area over the entire depth of the apartment (living room and bedroom), the total area being 44 square meters! What a stay comfortable and comfortable.
Nice room with a large bed 2 people. Sofa bed in the living room 2 people easy to set up. American kitchenette. Shower room with shower.
On request possibility to rent sheets and towels.
From the residence which is located at Le-dit Moustoir, we reach a few tens of meters from the Saint Martin Chapel and the coastal path that goes around the Gulf. We continue to descend a few meters and we reach the sea.
