About this house rental

Very well located in a charming hamlet, 5 minutes walk from the village and the edge of the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, adorable old house fully equipped and well maintained.
At the start of a coastal path, calm is assured and you can discover the coastline of the Gulf of Morbihan and its 365 islands.
The village of Arradon is 5 minutes walk, you will find several restaurants. Market twice a week and a grocery store open 7/7.
The town of Vannes is 6km away. Lively harbor and pretty old town center.

The house on two levels
On the ground floor :
Living room with wardrobe. US kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs, Nespresso. Neat dishes.
MP3 player (computer and smart phone) and WIFI
Upstairs :
Bedroom with double bed (140cm), and bathroom with bath + shower and WC. TV.
Terrace and garden. Teak table, garden bench, large parasol.
You can park a car in front of the house.

Relaxing stay

Entchanting tiny house with comfortable equipment (modern kitchen and bathroom, good mattress etc.) and also tastefully furnished. Outside a terrace and a cosy quiet little garden, where relaxing is easy. Situated near to the sea and small beaches (less than 10 minutes walking) in a green landscape with many trees and flowers. The centre of Arradon is even closer (5 minutes to walk) and offers small shops and a market twice the week. All in all a good place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Implantation très bonne mais le jardin est en bordure d'un sentier piéton, sans intimité, et il n'est ensoleillé qu'en milieu de journée. La maison est une jolie "bonbonnière" mais, comme dans une boîte le rez-de-chaussée est sombre, et au 1er, le couvercle est trop bas, la moitié de la chambre s'utilise à quatre pattes.

Un charme fou!

Un charme fou!

Nous avons adoré cette authentique maison bretonne, à l'extrémité du village (néanmoins à proximité des commerces et de la plage). L'intérieur est chaleureux, avec certains meubles chinés chez les antiquaires, mais aussi tout le confort moderne. Le jardinet est très agréable, les hortensias superbes! La situation d'Arrandon est idéale, juste au milieu du Golfe du Morbihan, parfaite pour l'explorer. Cela change des locations standardisées des bords de côtes! Et des spécialités bretonnes nous ont été offertes à notre arrivée. Un grand merci !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite maison très bien située car à la fois proche du centre ville et du bord de mer. Cet hébergement est très fonctionnel et confortable . Il est aménagé avec goût et permet de se reposer au calme.

Séjour agréable. Location conforme à la description et aux photos. La personne qui nous a accueillis ( Anaïs) a été très sympatique et nous a bien conseillés sur les environs. De très jolies randonnées à faire !!! Arradon est un village très calme. Bien pour se reposer. 2 boulangeries , un tabac/ presse à 5 mn à pieds. Un super U à 5 mn en voiture. Une chouette semaine !!!

2ème séjour dans votre charmante maison et à nouveau, ravie de ma visite :) Le coin est toujours aussi beau, les balades toujours aussi revivifiantes et les gens toujours aussi sympa. Merci encore et il n'est pas exclu que je revienne une 3ème fois, afin de visiter toujours plus cette belle région du Morbihan :)

Mitigeur de la douche à réparer, ainsi que le sèche serviettes. Deux plaques de cuisson HS. Les appliques d'éclairage ne fonctionnent pas. Le linge sent l'humidité. Ah ! si : la box internet et TV fonctionne. (Avec la fibre). Cela dit, l'environnement d'Arradon est sympa.

J'ai adoré ma semaine dans cette petite maison, vraiment très bien située entre le bourg et le bord de mer. La maison est bien équipée et l'environnement est très calme. Je recommande sans problème cette petite maison... et la prochaine fois que je retournerais en Bretagne, il est fort possible que je revienne dans cette maison :)

Ein kleines, aber feines Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, ein perfektes wlan, eine super Geschirrspüler, toller Herd und gut bestückte Küchenutensilien, leider keine Waschmaschine, auch ein kleiner Wäscheständer für Badesachen , wäre nicht schlecht, gerade weil das Meer so nahe ist , durch kleine Pfade zwischen den Häusern ist man in 10Min am Meer - toll - auch ist das Haus mit seiner Lage, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausfüge am Golf, alles Gute für die Zukunft Vera und Christine, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

logement bien situé, déco soignée mais alèses et matelas tâchés, difficile de se lever du lit sans se cogner la tête au plafond de la mansarde, manque de vaisselle, manque d'un lave linge, la personne censée être présente à notre départ a oublié de venir et a laissé sonner le téléphone sans répondre alors qu'elle avait entendu la sonnerie ...
