Érkezésünkkor 20 percet vártunk mire találkoztunk az elő emberrel aki úgy esett be a recepcióra! A szoba és a fürdő elfogadható még de a szállás többi helyisége lelakott. Első reggel a recepciós közölte velünk hogy nem jár reggeli hiába választottuk ezt az opciót és ez az Agoda hibája, viszont ha fizetek 3 eurót/fő akkor ehetünk...

Hotel Review Not recommended at all. We had a horrible experience during our stay. Pros: * Convenient location, close to public transport and the Grand Bazaar. Cons: First of all, the lane where the hotel is located has a very unpleasant smell. We were initially given Room 301, which had several issues. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, the exhaust fan was not working, and the bathroom drainage was not properly sealed. There was also no bathroom floor mat provided. The handwash dispenser/equipment was not working properly. The bed also had a strange hole/indentation and appeared to be an old or second-hand bed. Overall, the room did not feel hygienic or well-maintained. I have attached photos taken by me so that you can see the condition for yourself. We were extremely dissatisfied and raised our concerns with the receptionist. Unfortunately, his response was very disappointing. He had the audacity to tell us that since we had booked the hotel at the lowest price, we should expect this kind of experience. According to him, booking at a lower price apparently means that guests should not expect basic hygiene, properly functioning amenities, or decent facilities—even though these are mentioned as part of the hotel’s offerings. The receptionist initially promised to provide us with another room on the first floor. However, at around 10 PM, he again refused and insisted that we adjust in the same room. After we strongly refused, he eventually gave us Room 501. Unfortunately, Room 501 also had problems. The bathroom was still smelling badly, there was water leakage on the wall, and the carpet on the floor was in poor condition and partially coming off. At least, the overall hygiene in Room 501 was slightly better, so we decided to stay there rather than go through the trouble of changing hotels late at night. We stayed for two nights, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend checking recent reviews and photos carefully before booking this hotel. The location is convenient, but basic cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality are far more important.
