    The hotel is in a great location, and value for money considering we just booked 3 hours before the check-in. However like any hotel there are some good/bad side. The staff is friendly, and we could leave our luggages at the reception however there is no security or a spare room to keep the luggages. When we came at 12:00 the receptionist couldn’t even find our booking and we had to wait 45 minutes to confirm the booking is there. The person who welcomed didn’t speak any English which is expected but could have taken a more proactive approach and handled the things more smartly than acting clueless. The breakfast was amazing the best we had in Istanbul so far, so no complaints there. The room is fantastic however 2 things that disappointed me was they turn the AC off during fall/winter and only operate in Summer. The other part was the shower didn’t work, we had to use the hand shower and take a bath instead. I have been to far worse hotels, so my overall rating will be 3/5. As a tourist, having to wait 45 minutes just to get confirmation of the booking is negligence, please be up to date with the latest information and be up to date with the bookings.
