Buenísima la ubicación a dos cuadras del centro, lugares turísticos, incluso a la estación del tren, solo sales tomas el bus de la línea 1 y te deja a 200 metros, solamente para tener en cuenta hacer el trámite de registro en la página del hotel, para tener listo la aplicación de apertura de puertas al momento de llegar al sitio, todo es con esto, no hay personal, es un auto check in

Acept from the customer service who didn't reply at time and the stress they made feel as my arrival is approach and still not receive the access instructions due to regeneration for which I didn't receive, the room and hotel is clean and easy to access and located in beautiful place close to all accomodations.
My advice is to improve customer service and to reply at time.

Very bad online system. We had trouble doing the self check in and no one is responding in regards with our query and the least you would like to encounter is difficulty checking in after a long trip. There are also 3 customers having troubles logging in during our stay and I felt sorry for them as well as I had the same issue. In the end of the details you are forced to leave your credit card details or else they won’t process your reservation. We were charged 20.73 euro at the end of the stay automatically charged on our credit card for the soap stains on the towel which will easily come off after washing and small stain on the bed sheet which was present before the stay. We didn’t ask for room service thinking that we will help the owner of not having extra service and in return they have charged our credit card unfairly. We tried to ask them about this charge and never had any response. Room was so small that you can’t even open up a mid size luggage fully. You can even hear the other room’s noise even though they are just having a normal tone conversation.
