Villa Palma by the Sea

Очень комфортная вилла, все соответствует описанию. Хозяин очень приятный, встретил, все рассказал, оставил гостинцы в холодильнике и воду. Это было очень уместно, т.к. ближайший магазин работает с 9-12 и с 16-21, а после дороги очень нужна вода. Прием гостей по-домашнему. На вилле свежий ремонт, 2 ванные, три спальни, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Есть кондиционер и сетки на окнах. Многие мелочи продуманы, и мы их оценили: достаточно полотенец, стиральная машина и стрессово для стирки, даже свечи нашлись, когда были перебои с электричеством. Все, что нам могло понадобиться - было на месте. Немаловажно наличие парковочного места. По всем вопросам хозяин отвечал моментально, быстро помогал и решал любые вопросы. Через дорогу от виллы отличный небольшой пляж с чистой водой и Грота бич бар, где можно поесть с 8 утра до 23, взять лежаки. также есть небольшой общественный пляж. На пляже никогда не бывает много людей, даже когда кафе битком (лучше бронировать). Мы отлично провели время! Спасибо за внимательное отношение к гостям!

Единственное, к чему можно придраться - кондиционер есть только в основной комнате, и если закрывать двери в спальни плотно, может быть душно. Мы оставляли двери приоткрытыми во время сна, и прохлады хватало от общего кондиционера, иногда даже холодно было. В остальном - это идеальное место для отдыха!

Nothing to dislike

Traveling all the way from the US, we wanted a comfortable, hassle-free home base to explore Montenegro, and Villa Palma in Orahovac completely exceeded our expectations! You can tell the property is newly renovated under great management. The whole place was immaculately clean, not a speck of dust or cobweb anywhere, which we really appreciated. The house has absolutely everything you need (the facilities are top-notch). After a long day exploring Kotor, it was amazing to come back to a wonderfully air-conditioned living room with plenty of plush, comfortable seating to relax on. The bedrooms had great lighting and comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were perfectly set up with plenty of hooks for our towels and bathing suits. We also loved spending time on the beautiful, freshly painted terrace and the newly landscaped garden. The free Wi-Fi was blazingly fast and never dropped. Given the prime location right by the water and the high quality of the updates, this villa is an absolute steal and offers phenomenal value for the money. We would book this again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay at this newly updated villa. You can really tell the property has been recently renovated because everything feels fresh and modern. The terrace and landscaped garden are absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing outside. Inside, the living room is super cozy with very comfortable furniture for lounging after a day at the beach. The attention to detail is excellent as the bedrooms are bright, the bathrooms are perfectly equipped with plenty of space for towels, and the entire house was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust!). It had all the amenities we could possibly need, including extremely fast and reliable free WiFi. Considering how nice the upgrades are and how close it is to the beach, this villa offers exceptional value for the money. Highly recommend!
