Yuna Homestay - Furnished Home in Butuan

We stayed here for 9 days and honestly had a great experience. The house is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It looked exactly like the photos in the listing, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was always responsive and friendly whenever we had a question. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. The entire place is air-conditioned, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and there was hot water for showers. The kitchen had everything we needed for a longer stay, including pots, pans, utensils, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, and creamer. Having a washing machine was a huge plus since we were staying for over a week. They also provided drinking water and toothbrushes, which was a thoughtful touch. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube Premium, which was perfect for relaxing at night after being out all day. Overall, the house felt comfortable, well-equipped, and truly like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

1. The biggest downside was the noise. The neighboring unit is connected to this house, so you can hear people walking, opening doors, and sometimes even conversations. There's also a vent connecting the two kitchens, so sound carries quite easily. If you're a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet place, this might bother you. 2. The toilet seat wasn't properly secured to the toilet, so it moved around when sitting on it. It's a small fix, and I forgot to mention it to the owner during our stay. I had seen another review mentioning a bad smell in the bathroom, but I personally didn't experience that at all. 3. The only other inconvenience was with food deliveries. Throughout our stay, delivery drivers frequently ended up at the wrong location even though I entered the correct address. It could be an issue with the map rather than the property itself, but it's worth keeping in mind if you plan on ordering food.

I'm cutting my own branch when I give compliments, because next time this place is already booked. The accomo met all the expectations that were placed on it. Many small things had been thought out that were missing elsewhere. The washing machine is absolutely great. Without specifying anything in more detail (I'll leave that to others), we had a great time and will come again.

If anything, the downstairs lacks air conditioning, but the one in the bedroom is even better and quieter.
