The kitchen needs to be cleaned and maintained

Es ist eine bezaubernde großflächig Anlage, mit einem geheimen Aufgang mit Meerblick. Ein gut ausgestatteter Küche mit sehr viel Zubehör zum Kochen und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit einem Balkon und Blick auf den schönen Garten.

Es gibt einen großen Speisesaal und eine große Terrasse bei dem man abends was trinken könnte und Karaoke Veranstaltung stattfinden könnten, ich hoffe es wird wieder in Betrieb genommen.

Мы были одни. Можно спокойно приезжать большой компанией. В саду есть большое пространство под крышей для работы или отдыха. Всем хватит места. Очень тихо. Нет суеты. И отличный интернет

Staff was very helpful to any of my needs or requests. They even gave me slippers when I asked if they had. Bed was comfortable. This place is surrounded by nature and lots of pretty plants. Very quiet place to stay at. Fresh air. Away from crowds. Beautiful road and surroundings.

1. My main problem of why I am not rating this place a 10/10... is that they're house dogs smell very bad. Our whole 2 nights here the living room/dining/main room smelled like dirty dog. The smell was so bad that our backpacks and clothes smelled like dirty dog after we left to the next hotel. Had to wash our backpacks and clothes. If you are expecting guests, I would bathe those dogs. The dogs were chill and friendly, but just smelled bad and made the whole place smell like dirty dog. 2. They advertise that you can buy food off they're, "menu" on the booking and even on the back of the door, but when I asked if we can order a dish... they said they have no food that they are selling. If you have no food then take the advertisement of selling food off the booking and off the door in the room. Its false advertisement. 3. There is very limited food options in this area, any "descent food" is a tuk tuk to Dapa downtown or General Luna. We just took tuk tuk to General Luna to eat and explore... a guy that we spoke to, potentially the owner of our stay... we asked him what's the price for a tuk tuk to general luna from here(our stay place) and he said it was 300 pesos one way. He then stated he would ask his friend if he could drive us there and said "he will try to get a discount" for us... the friend came over to be our driver and the "friend" said 400 pesos. Not only it wasn't a discount... it was 100 pesos more than the price that the owner told us of how much a tuk tuk is to general luna from our place. Its okay if we didn't end up getting a discount, but for his "friend" to price the tuk tuk ride at 400 pesos was uncalled for. He saw my white skin and decided to try to take an advantage. I told him we will only do 300 pesos because thats the price that the owner said what the tuk tuk ride would be. The driver accepted 300 pesos once he realized we knew the right local price.
