Clean House. Living room was comfortable for me and my dog. Kitchen was very clean. Bathroom was very clean.

Older house with obvious wear and tear near the bay. It is a good house to bring a family to in a good location. You can tell they're working to make updates when they can.

We had a pleasant stay. The yard was in need of being cleaned up, but over all it was a nice place. We would stay there again.

The property was far (about 20 miles) from Chincoteague which also was the closest church, beach, activities, restaurants etc. The house needs quite a bit of work but nothing was terrible. I would recommend new towels and kitchen linen (ie dish towels and hand towels). The appliances all worked but need to be cleaned up or replaced.
