Pet-friendly creekside cottage w backyard

Location was good, communication was prompt and checkin/checkout was easy process.

Place was a little run down, grass was not mowed/overgrown in back, needed more towels, sheets were old/uncomfortable, showers leaked water on floor, ants were all over porch, Humidifiers were constantly needing to be emptied (3-4 times a days, and more amenities would have been nice to have to make the stay more comfortable.

This was a cute cottage that was bigger than expected! I loved the little porch on the front of the house as did my GSDs :). Even better I realized the 2nd day of my stay that you could open up the glass/screen windows on the porch for a little more or less air - brilliant!! Back porch and yard were fantastic, but given the time of year and temp didn't spend a ton of time out there, though I did sit on the back porch for a short period of time :)

Overall I thought it was great. Super gracious hosts - very responsive - checked in on me several time to see if I needed anything - so lovely. Only one thing I'd note and more of an FYI is there was no cookie sheet/baking pan. Under other circumstances, I probably wouldn't have even noticed, but I did bring something that needed to be heated in the oven - not a knock on the property or host at all.. just something to be aware of. It was no biggie since I went to the Island Food Store to pick up a couple of things anyway, so I just grabbed some aluminum disposable pansl :)

The screen porch was great for family time

Master bathroom door was dragging the floor and difficult to operate

It was on the Main street so we were in the middle of everything. Cottage was extremely spacious and clean.

we had gotten fresh doughnuts for the morning they ended up covered in ants. The bathroom in master bedroom was unusable which we were not told in advance.
