This house has a South facing pool area... so Sun, Sun, Sun!
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The kitchen offers quality appliances, spacious countertops and includes a 3-seat breakfast bar.
The home has 2 open living rooms, one with flat- screen TV. There is a master King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one Queen Bedroom and one Disney themed Twin bedroom with 2 beds, they share a bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s.
We also have a sleeper sofa upstairs in the loft area that can be pulled out as a queen size bed.
The game room has a foosball table, dartboard, basket ball game & air hockey.
A nice pool deck with patio dining table, chairs & sun loungers. Soak up the sun all day and enjoy the gorgeous private pool. Your family and friends will truly feel at home here.
This house is great for the family get together. The Santa Cruz community, is just a short drive from Walt Disney World amusement parks. This beautiful and relaxing community is located only 5 minutes from a brand-new shopping area, where you will find Publix grocery store and shops. It is also a 10-minute drive to Berry Town Center & about 15 minutes to Posner Park Outlet Mall. Want to play a round of golf, then ChampionsGate is right next door!
*This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
* Pool heat can be added to your booking for an extra fee. We recommend pool heat from October to late May, if you want to enjoy the pool comfortably.
*Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs, etc., can be added for an additional fee. Please ask for details. Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Electric vehicle charging is at owners' discretion and is prohibited at this property unless specifically agreed in writing before start of rental period. Fees will apply.

This is a large house and would be suitable for 6-10 people. The four of us had tons of room. The pool was lovely and very warm as promised. The pool furniture could to upgraded to add two more chaise lounges. And the screen around the pool needs a power washing. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The four bar chairs are worn out and should be replaced. The big sectional in the family room could use a cleaning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, but when it said that there would be a bar of soap in each bathroom I didn’t expect it to be a two inch long bar. There was no soap and no hand towel in the powder room. All of the towels, both in the bathrooms and the pool towels, are very low quality. Small, thin, scratchy. There was only one washcloth and one hand towel in each bathroom. All the towels should be upgraded. The house has very close neighbors but surprisingly the neighborhood was very quiet. It isn’t a place where I would take rowdy children who are going to make a lot of noise in the pool due to the close proximity of neighbors. The house is very sparsely decorated. It could use upgrading. Also there were three remotes for the system in the family room and according to the book there was supposed to be a written guide for using them but there was not. There was a chalk board that was supposed to have the WiFi password written on it but it was blank. Overall this is a nice place but it needs some upgrading and attention to detail.
