- Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.
What You'll Find When You Arrive
- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.
Good to Know Before You Arrive
- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)

The house was great as advertised. Pool heat and Bbq were great. Some of the outdoor furniture was different from the photos. There were no pool noodles or any toys. Fine for us but maybe an issue for small kids. Missing a broom was the only thing as we were unable to sweep the floor

The property was just as the pictures displayed. It was clean spacious and comfortable my only one issue during this stay was when we first arrived we noticed that the air conditioning upstairs wasn’t working and the the thermostat was reading 89 degrees and trust me it felt every bit of it. I immediately contacted the host who responded back ASAP and she troubleshot through resetting the unit. But that didn’t work so she informed me that she put in a work order and that it could take anywhere from a few minutes to 24hrs. Next morning my husband and I contacted the 1800 number. Someone came In fixed the unit and the next two weeks were amazing. I definitely would recommend.

Overall the villa was satisfactory albeit a little tired with furniture chipped and damaged, the main lounge sofa needing a good clean, the pool area full of weeds and the sun beds broken. The villa was not as described in the pictures
