The rental was as advertised but shows some signs of wear. The rooms are spacious and the setup is nice. There are a good deal of appliances there, and the property management group are good to talk with. They are responsive and helpful.The main issue is the wear and tear on the place. The dryer would fault out multiple times. Most TV's weren't smart TVs so we couldn't cast to them for the kids shows. The dish washer needed to be ran multiple times to make it work. The stuff in the play room is a bit worn down. That said it was a great stay and would rent again

Kenny was a good host and responded to questions promptly. The pool and hot tub were great and the house had ample room for 16 people.

the house needs a deep clean. It is tired. The dishwasher needs new racks, the present ones are rusty, and bent. There needs to be either sharp knives or a knife sharpener. Towels need to be replaced with new ones. These have served well. There are some rips in some of the bed sheets. They should be replaced. Having said that the home is great for families. The pool and spa are great. It handles a large number of people well. We had a good stay.
