We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!

I booked this VRBO for almost 3 weeks while recovering from a surgical procedure. I am very happy with my stay. I was so happy in fact that I attempted to extend my stay another week, but I was unable to add to my reservation. The host and I communicated several times, but there was some miscommunication with VRBO and we couldn't get the extension before someone else was able to book it. I suggest that if you are trying to extend make sure it is taken care of within the same day to avoid this. I was on the first floor which is more convenient, but can be noisy. There were a few times the guests above me were quite loud and made noise very late at night. If you are especially bothered by sounds above you I'd suggest staying upstairs instead of downstairs.Host provided all the necessities in kitchen and bathrooms as well as some snacks. The linens were comfortable. The king and full sized bed were comfy. My guest said that the twin bed was not fully flat and a dip in the middle (not sure if it was the mattress or the frame) so it was uncomfortable to sleep in that bed. She moved to the full sized bed and was fine. Laundry worked well with softner and detergent provided. Nice shower pressure, roomy bathrooms, spacious closets, comfy coach and easy key pad entry. Heating and A/C worked very well! Plenty of lighting and ceiling fans. I only wish there were space for table to play games or eat a meal together. If you book a stay here you won't regret it! The host is excellent!

Best stay yet in Cincinnati! The hosts were very kind and readily accessible. The condo was spacious and had all of the necessities for an amazing stay. Highly recommend!
