HOUSE RULES
Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.
**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

We were in town celebrating a friend’s birthday! Great home base for a few days. Great location, nicely decorated, adorable house with all we needed! Very comfortable beds, updated nicely! Quick walk to The Establishment; great food/atmosphere. Stopped by RP Murphys Irish pub, enjoyed a riverboat cruise and dinner at Newport on the Levee we also enjoyed time just relaxing, talking at the house. Plenty of parking. Good communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The property fitted our needs perfectly! It was clean, well appointed and super convenient to Rookwood, Hyde Park and Xavier University. It is located in a charming neighbourhood and very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
