This bright and tastefully decorated 37 m² apartment is ideally located on a quiet, semi-pedestrian street, just steps away from the vibrant Rue Mouffetard, renowned for its daily market, charming cafés, and diverse restaurants.
Situated on the 4th floor with elevator access, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to two guests.
Unwind in the cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including essential utensils, cutlery, and a washing machine for your convenience.
The bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens and ample storage space to make yourself at home.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a sink, towel warmer, and a hairdryer. The toilet is located separately for added comfort.
Fresh hotel-quality towels and complimentary toiletries are provided, and the apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each stay to ensure your health and safety.

As you wander around the Latin quarter, you'll also find some of Paris' major heritage sites, like the famous Panthéon dedicated to the memory of the nation's great people, the Gallo-Roman thermal baths and the sumptuous Cluny Medieval Museum, the Roman arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain on the famous Place Saint-Michel and the Garden of Plants (Jardin des Plantes), a very agreeable park. At night, the Latin quarter gets even livelier with its arthouse cinemas, theatres, concert venues, famous Paradis Latin cabaret and legendary jazz club, Le Caveau de la Huchette. Before you leave, don't forget to drop by the picturesque Rue Mouffetard, where you can stroll along the many shops and restaurants or sip a drink on one of the cafe terraces on the very pleasant Place de la Contrescarpe...

The apartment is in a very residential building and noise is strictly forbidden.
Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper.
NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. We had sought out a quiet location to be close to Parisian friends and the 5th arrondissement and we found it! The proprietor had thought of all the small details that make a stay comfortable including a fan which was needed during the unseasonably warm weather during our stay. Kitchen was well appointed and the bed comfortable. We hope to stay here again on future visits.

The check-in process was not smooth as I had to pick up the keys about a half-mile from the apartment at a very cramped convenience store. When I got there, my pickup code wasn’t working. I had to speak with 2 different people to finally get it resolved and get my keys.
The apartment itself was very nice, located in a quiet neighborhood, in a building with an elevator - which was great, since the apartment was on the 4th floor. Not super close to the metro line and there isn’t a lot to do right there. There were a few markets close by, which was nice. I would recommend as long as you are prepared to do a lot of walking.
