La terraza muy agradable y espaciosa. La plaza de garaje grande. El piso tiene de todo para pasar unos días agradables.
El colchón está muy viejo y hundido por algunas zonas, era muy incómodo. La terraza estaba llena de hormigas muertas, muchas. Varias cosas no funcionaban, secador, llave garaje.
